Educational Qualifications and Experience: The candidate should be a minimum B. Com. Those having completed some course on bookkeeping and accounting would be an added advantage. Basic knowledge on direct and indirect taxation with knowledge and experience of Tally package.
The candidate should have minimum three years’ experience as Accounts Assistant with basic accounting knowledge like types of accounts, debit, credit, booking of expenditure etc. Hands on experience on Tally and ability to grasp and work with new softwares, experience of working on ERP environment would be an added advantage. Candidates with knowledge and experience of MS Office will be preferred. Good written and communication skills are
expected.

Library Assistant
Educational Qualifications and Experience: The candidate should be a Graduate in Library & Information Science (B. Lib. I. Sc.) from recognized University. Well versed with MS-Office, Library software and Diploma Certificate Course in IT is preferred. . The candidate should have relevant experience of at least 2 or more years in academic library or of similar institution. The candidate with adequate knowledge in the library system, services and hands on experience in a fairly large library and skills for library intranet development, Institutional Repository, Digital Library will be an added advantage. Good written and communication skills are expected.
Age : Preferably between 21-28 years – can be relaxed in case of exceptional, deserving candidates with commensurate exposure Tenure : Appointments will be offered on contract basis for two years, extendable subject to satisfactory review.
Remuneration : An all-inclusive consolidated monthly pay of Rs. 22,000/- Higher pay may be considered for exceptionally qualified and experienced candidate.
Office Assistant (Data Entry Operator)
Educational Qualifications and Experience: The candidate should be a minimum Graduate in any discipline, Diploma/Certificate course in MS Office/Tally/any ERP System would be preferred. Good Knowledge and skill in Windows Operating System & MS Office with good typing speed of 40/50 WPM.
The candidate should have three years’ experience in Administrative work. Previous experience in working on ERP environment would be an added advantage. Very good written and communication skills are expected. Knowledge of stenography and Government Commercial Certificate in typing can be of additional advantage.

STP Operator/Electrical Assistant
Educational Qualifications and Experience: The candidate must be minimum SSC/HSC with relevant ITI or technical qualification. Experience of about 3 years in waste water recycling system operation and /or Electrical Maintenance. The candidate must be fully conversant with the technical work for day to day activities and emergency procedures.
Age : Preferably between 21-26 years
Remuneration : Rs. 19,000
Systems Administrator
Educational Qualifications and Experience: The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent with 3-5 years relevant experience having good knowledge of networking, configuring servers, firewalls, etc. Candidates having 5-10 years’ experience with Diploma in Computer Science/Certification in Hardware, Networking or relevant technical qualifications from any Govt or recognized Institute/ Polytechnic are also welcome to apply. Good written and communication skills are expected.
Age: 25 – 35 years
Remuneration: Rs.32,000
Receptionist cum Telephone Operator
Educational Qualifications and Experience : The candidate should be a minimum Graduate in any discipline, Diploma in Telephone Operating (EPABX Board) cum Reception or with similar additional qualification related to the position. Candidates should have good communication skills in English, Hindi & knowledge of Marathi. Should also have knowledge of fax operating and skill in Windows Operating System & MS Office with typing speed of 40/50 WPM. The candidate should have three years’ experience as Receptionist cum Telephone Operator with excellent oral and written communication skills. Previous experience in working in a similar type of academic institute or hospitality sector would be an added advantage.
