By the sheer grace of Allah the local Ijtema of Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya & Atfal-ul-Ahmadiyya, Chennai, was successfully held on 2nd & 3rd May 2026 at Masjid Mahmood, Kodambakkam, and nearby sports grounds.
This year’s theme — Taqwa, Khilafat, Khidmat — was beautifully reflected across every session, competition, and interaction.
The day began with Tahajjud and Fajr prayer, followed by a special dars. Sports activities commenced with a heartfelt dua by Jb. Zafarullah Ahmad sb (Naib Ameer, Chennai) .
Highlights included:
· Track & field events for Khuddam and Atfal
· Group sports: Volleyball and Tug of War
· Individual competitions: Running race and shot put
· Fun, engaging games for the Atfal
Inaugural Session
Presided over by Jb. K. Nasir Ahmad sb (Ameer Jamaat, Chennai) , the session featured Tilawat, Ahad, and Nazm, followed by a welcome speech from W. Saleem Ahmed (Qaid MKA Chennai) .
A special online address by Neyaz Ahmad Naik sahib (Sadr Bharat) was displayed on the screen — a truly inspiring message. The session also included the annual report of MKA Chennai and a speech on Khidmat by Moulavi Nihal C.G sb.
After refreshments, Taleem competitions were held across multiple rounds and
after the Final Session & Prize Distribution Vote of thanks was delivered by Sadar Ijtema followed by Dua and Maghrib Isha Prayers.
May Allah accept humble efforts and enable us to continue serving our Jamaat with sincerity and dedication.
