Zilla Qaid, Poonch
The 13th Zilla Ijtema of Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya Poonch was successfully held on June 27th and 28th, 2026. The two-day event was a resounding success, marked by a spirit of brotherhood, healthy competition, and spiritual devotion.
Day 1 Highlights: Athletics & Cricket
The first day featured thrilling athletic competitions. The 100-meter sprint for both Khuddam and Atfal showcased impressive speed and determination. The highlight of the day was the cricket tournament, with four teams competing from the regions of Shindraa, Poonch City, and Dara Dullain. After a highly competitive series of matches, the Poonch City team emerged as the victor, lifting the championship trophy.
Day 2 Highlights: “Ilmi Muqabla” (Intellectual Competitions)
The second day focused on spiritual and intellectual growth with the “Ilmi Muqabla.” Members of both the Khuddam and Atfal participated with great enthusiasm in Tilawat, Nazam and Speech competition.
Concluding Session:
The Ijtema was graced by the presence of the esteemed Sadr Majlis khuddam ul Ahmadiyya Bharat whose guidance and participation added immense value to the gathering. The event concluded peacefully on June 28th at 4:00 PM with a collective prayer (Dua), seeking blessings for the members and the community.
The 13th Zilla Ijtema was a memorable event that successfully balanced physical activity with spiritual development, strengthening the bonds of the local Ahmadiyya community.
