The Tajneed (Census) Department keep records of all members of Majlis Khuddam-ul Ahmadiyya and their necessary particulars.

TASKS

• Make arrangements to register new Khuddam
• Update the data of those Khuddam who moved in and out of the Majlis during the month
• Ensure that the any Survey Form (if any) is completed by Khuddam and submitted in time
• Establish and maintain Sa`iqin (Supervisor) system
